CXMEE is one of the largest machinery and electronics exhibitions across the Taiwan Strait. The 11th CXMEE in 2007 attracted more than 700 exhibitors and provided 1,700 international standard booths, including 260 booths for Taiwanese enterprises. The 11th CXMEE drew 23,338 business professionals from 42 countries and regions around the world, including 4,322 overseas visitors. The 12th China Xiamen Machinery and Electronics Exhibition (CXMEE), authorized by China's Ministry of Commerce, is jointly organized by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronics Products, the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers Association, the Xiamen Municipal People's Government.
