Jewelry maker to hold benefit event

Jewelry of Hope's seventh annual open studio gala will present a showcase of work by East Longmeadow author and jewelry designer Beth-Ann Latsko.
The event will be held on Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. at the Barney Estate in Forest Park and will include an unveiling and dedication ceremony for Latsko's new "Windows of Hope."
"Windows of Hope" are stained glass angel creations designed by Latsko to provide "a source of light and brightness to wellness and treatment center locations, and even homes." Four of her windows were donated to the Caritas Cancer Treatment Center at Mercy Medical Center.
