Falcon Safety Products, Inc., a world leader in compressed-gas technologies and manufacturer of the market leading Dust-Off brand of office and consumer electronics cleaning accessories, and Exponent, a leading manufacturer of computer workstation and media organization accessories, today announced that they have reached an agreement in which the two companies will conclude their eight-year marketing relationship by year's end.
Branchburg, NJ (PRWEB) November 28, 2007 -- Falcon Safety Products, Inc., a world leader in compressed-gas technologies and manufacturer of the market leading Dust-Off® brand of office and consumer electronics cleaning accessories, and Exponent, a leading manufacturer of computer workstation and media organization accessories, today announced that they have reached an agreement in which the two companies will conclude their eight-year marketing relationship by year's end.

The strategic alliance, formed in 1999, allowed both Falcon and Exponent to combine sales, marketing and distribution in the United States and Europe. All US sales, marketing and shipping was managed by Falcon, while Exponent controlled operations and distribution throughout Europe. Both companies are committed to making the transition as transparent as possible and to minimizing the inconvenience for all of their customers.
Since its introduction in the early 1970's as a photographic cleaning accessory, the Dust-Off brand has grown to become synonymous with office and consumer electronics cleaning and preventive maintenance. This change will allow Falcon to focus on expanding the dominant position of the Dust-Off brand in North America and throughout Europe.
Exponent, founded in 1986 as a part of the Amiclas Group, leveraged its design and plastic molding expertise to lead the growth of the media storage and workstation organization categories. Moving forward, Exponent will now refocus on developing and enhancing its core competencies and adapting to the new demands of its customers.
